365 Days of Sketches: Number #137

Tools: Photoshop CS4, Pencil for drawings, Ball Point Pen for inking.

With the fast pace of society, many people are facing stress and anxiety from many areas in their life. If you are facing stress, doing other things that doesn't require much cognitive thinking helps. One of the ways is to allow your hands to do the work, such as gardening, painting, cooking, etc. In a way, your hands are now doing the thinking, relieving you mind.

Personally, I don't enjoy gardening, however, when I'm painting, expecially when I'm oil painting. I don't think so much of the day, I simply enjoy the process of painting. I find that after painting for a couple of hours, my mind is relaxe.
